To strengthen the immune system are recommended to take complex of vitamins and minerals in doses that are lower without exceeding the acceptable daily needs.

vitamin A is 1 mg or 3300 IU,
Vitamin E - 20-30 mg or ME
Vitamin B5 - 5 mg,
Vitamin B6 - 2 mg
Folic Acid - 0.2 mg (pregnant - 0.4 mg)
Vitamin B12 - 2 mcg (pregnant - 3 mcg)
vitamin H - 50 mg,
vitamin C - 70-100 mg.


There are vitamin complexes and individual preparations containing the maximum doses. They are usually appointed by a doctor and require compliance with the regulation.
